Review: | I initially purchased a Pronto to solve my need for a universal remote control. When I discovered that most of the "discrete" commands for components that made the pronto so useful were originally found on OneForAll remotes I looked into the Cinema6 and Cinema7 models. My system is very complicated with DSS, 3 VCRs, Cable, OTA, DVD, CD, AM/FM, and A/V amp. Macro programming was the only way to simplify use of it. I found I could get my Cinema7 to replicate 90% of what I'd programmed the Pronto to do. It won't beep or light up, but it was 1/10th the price of the Pronto. A keeper. |
